Built an ML pipeline to forecast real estate prices using TF-IDF and DistilBERT sentiment analysis on news data (NewsAPI, NYT). Engineered features for ARIMA, Linear Regression, and Gradient Boosting models, with 10-year forecasts visualized via Matplotlib and Gemini-Pro. Developed an NLP-powered voice agent for real-time investment advice and financial data queries. Won 1st place at FinTech Projects Spring 2025, earning $500 in funding.
